RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy starting from delivery date. The item must be full priced (non-clearance items) new, unopened with tags to receive a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Shipping cost will not be refunded upon returning the item(s). No returns will be accepted after 30 days from ship date. If the item comes back damaged, tags unattached, stained etc. we will process the return minus a restocking fee. 

You may supply your own shipping label at your expense. If you choose this method, we recommend you receive a tracking number when returning your package to ensure proof of delivery

Online orders can ONLY be returned by mailing the item(s) back to our Warehouse. 

If you need to return an item with our return label, please email us at mavs.shop@dallasmavs.com with your order number, name, email, and phone number. Please include details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

No exchanges. Sizes and quantities are limited, please return and place a new order. You are able to bring the item to The Hangar at Victory Park in Dallas and process an even exchange, but we highly suggest you give them a call beforehand. Provided is their information below:

Expect to receive your refund within seven weeks of dropping off the package at your local USPS. This refund period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping service (5 to 10 business days), time to process your return once we receive the package (10 to 15 business days), and the amount of time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

DallasMavs.shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. 


Custom Jerseys are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. No returns will be accepted 


Clearance/Sale Items: All items purchased on clearance are FINAL SALE items and not eligible for returns or exchanges. No price adjustments to previous purchases. No returns will be accepted. 

**Exception: If you’ve received an item that was damaged or was different than what is listed in your order, please email us at mavs.shop@dallasmavs.com. We are happy to accommodate any issues in a case-by-case basis but not guaranteed.  

 

SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled then shipped 2-3 business days from the time of your order. We unfortunately do not ship on weekends.

We are unable to make any adjustments to your order once they have been placed.

PLEASE NOTE:  Some items may take longer than 2-3 business days to fulfill and ship depending on availability. Orders may also be split into multiple shipments depending on product arrival dates. Please refer to product descriptions of each item for more details.

Some items on our site are available for pre-order. The purchase amount is deducted from your card at the time of purchase. Please refer back to the product page for details on anticipated ship date.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Our shipping cut off time is 12pm Monday-Friday. If you choose express shipping on your order, it will not ship out until the following business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SALES: 

Effective 1/1/23: All International Sales are Final.

Due to complexities with duties, taxes, and high shipping rates, all international sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges. 

Shipping regulations and fees vary by country and may include restrictions on some of our products to be shipped to our international customers.

International custom fees, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping rates charged to our customers on our website. The customer is responsible for any additional international customs, duties, taxes, or port fees they may incur.

Should the customer choose to abandon their package at customs, DallasMavs.Shop will not assume responsibility for return shipping costs or be able to provide refunds to the customer.
